The Kamstrup MULTICAL® 403 is a versatile ultrasonic heat and cooling meter designed to deliver precise measurement, flexible communication, and easy integration across residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Its ultrasonic technology provides an impressive dynamic range of 1600:1, ensuring accurate consumption data from small to large flows while minimising energy losses.

MULTICAL® 403 is engineered for reliability with a wide temperature range (2°C to 180°C for the calculator, 2°C to 130°C for the flow sensor, and 2°C to 150°C for the temperature sensor set) making it suitable for substations, district energy networks, and private residences. The integrated programmable data logger records yearly, monthly, daily, hourly, and even minutely values, supporting billing, optimisation, and network analysis.

Remote communication and remote updates are built in, allowing utilities to perform software upgrades and configuration changes without disrupting legal registers or replacing meters. Combined with full support for the READy remote reading system, users benefit from faster billing cycles, better network transparency, and reduced operational costs.
